The Starkitty Project began in 1993 when I began to merge my natural esoteric interest in what 'animal consciousness' was with two stray felines who were born on my front doorsteps. My private research with them formalized as a meta-educative website venture that launched in 2002 and has expanded to my working with animal species and animal channelers from all over the globe. This esoteric research work is now being compiled into a book called, 'Channeling The Wisdom of Earth's Other Species'.

Two decades ago it was a hard thing for people to conceive of their pets as having legitimate thoughts, feelings or dreams. With the recent expansion of holistic and alternative healing therapies merging into mainstream society, there has been a steady increase in  pet owners wanting to know more about the spirit inside their beloved feathered and furry pet bodies. Whereas 20 years ago it was just plain voodoo if someone spoke of their pet as being 'sensitive', people now more than ever want to know what their pets are thinking and feeling. What gives? Why the sudden interest?

With the global issues we collectively face, we are FINALLY now beginning to understand the very intimate connection we have to our natural environment, our animals and our planet. Due to the nature of 'channeling for information' and misperceptions regarding what animal communication IS, in the past few years I began documenting my research with a very special group of 'abandoned and unwanted' stray felines. The project at the time was unprecedented and experimental. What I didn't expect to arise from this research was an explosion of feline birthings directly on my lawn.

Upon launch of the Starkitty website, unexpectedly my tiny private meta-research project  drew hundreds of 'species beings' to my property in the course of a few short years. I was completely unprepared for the onslaught of injured, pregnant and starving animals that flocked to my yard. Through the school of hard knocks, I have been able to rescue and 'channel information' from every single participant that came 'to be heard', but it has been an exhaustive and financially challenging journey. The Starkitty Rescue Project was born out of my desire to honor those who had come to me in need and whom I could not turn away. It was not an originally intended venture but rather, was a physical manifestation of a 'spirit based' aspect' of my research.

We Are In The Process Of Updating Our Information

Initially, when I began to 'channel' the animals for planetary information in 1992, I simply had curiosity as to what lay beyond the standard human understanding of animal consciousness. I innately knew there was more to the picture than I was initially taught.

But 16 years ago there was not much human interest in 'who' animals were. Other than the mass human habit of collecting them as our 'pets, no one openly spoke about the possibility of actually 'listening to the animals'. The consideration that pets had viable thoughts, could feel very deeply on emotional levels or might even have significant contributary gifts to offer were often lost to our very human 'ME FIRST' way of thinking about our planet.  

Through our continued  'wanting what we want when we want it'  behavior, we have collectively caused planetary imbalances such as global warming, war & violence, societal depletion of useable fuels and poverty. This 'separatist belief system' we continue to perpetuate filters right down to how our everyday behavior affects our pets actual 'living realities'. The symptoms of overcrowded animal shelters, rabies outbreaks and rapidly growing feral cat populations are a direct result of uneducated and/or ignorant and irresponsible pet owner behavior.

Recently however, enough people have begun to awaken to a whole other level of 'perceiving' our living reality.  There is now a great need to understand the connectivity of every living thing. People are suddenly very hungry to know 'who' their pets are as souls. There is more desire to connect with those furry beloveds who have 'crossed over'. There is growing concern that we are indeed causing species extinction with our continued use of man-made Earth pollutants. There is finally, an opening for the 'value' of 'animal communication' to emerge in our minds and everyday lives.

Currently our site is being revamped to address the increasing demand for 'easy access' educative material and animal culled information. In the past two years the Starkitty Project has undergone huge changes and we wish to reorganize this research so that it may become more user friendly.
